The mailer was too large so the product moved around in it too much. The lotion was in a small ziploc baggie...thank goodness...because the baggie is full of lotion. I've received other fluid type products from other sellers that had bubble wrap or cardboard taped around the top 1/2 of the bottle & lid - which I think would have prevented what happened here. I took photos of the package, but I cannot find a place to post the URL.
